RE: Florida Senior Trip Deposit and Information – May 2020

As the start of the 2019-2020 school year approaches, we hope that you have enjoyed your summer and are looking ahead to your senior year. One of the highlights of the senior year is the yearly senior class trip to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios in Florida. This fun filled and action packed 5 day and 4 night trip has been regularly run by the senior class for numerous years.  In order to lock in our school’s reservations with our travel company, an initial $280 deposit must be made no later than Friday, September 20, 2019. If the required number of students is not reached to hold the trip, this deposit will be refunded in full.  The deposit will be used towards each students balance due for the trip. A further breakdown of the tour package cost and the payment schedule is listed below:

Once the required number of students have paid the deposit, additional information regarding the optional but highly recommended trip insurance will be provided.

Other than the initial deposit, the members of the senior class will have the opportunity to participate in several fundraising activities in which the profits from these fundraisers can be used towards the payment of their trip.
